Justine Fox-Young's areas of practice include general civil litigation, criminal defense, civil rights law, voting rights law, employment law, and business law. She received her law degree from The University of Chicago Law School and her undergraduate degree from Brown University. Justine is a member of the New Mexico Bar and is admitted to practice in New Mexico's Federal District Court and in the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. She currently serves as a member of the Criminal Justice Act Panel Committee and of the Bench and Bar Fund Committee of the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico.

From 2004 to 2008, Justine served two terms representing House District 30 in Albuquerque, in New Mexico's House of Representatives. She currently sits on the Board of Directors of FUSION, New Mexico's professional theatre company.
